Tales of Alia: Debut of the Cleanup Crew
Monday Aug 27, 2018
Monday Aug 27, 2018
Welcome to the first one shot episode set within the world of Alia. With enough of our crew gone on vacation we decided that instead of canceling our already delayed session we opted to run a quick game for you and even brought in a guest player! We're calling these little offshoot episodes the Tales of Alia. This one takes place about a month and a half after the conclusion of the revolution of the Circle of the Forgotten, set on the Isle of Dalcerra and deals with a few of the odds and ends left behind by a particular adventuring party. So we start at the Last Light Tavern as Biff Piff, Ripjaw Thunderface, Jack, and Hendrix Mercury respond to a summons on a job board. (And that's never gone wrong for anyone.)

Monday Aug 13, 2018
Monday Aug 13, 2018
2.4.1 Drinks has made it to Halder to continue to aid Absinthe in their pursuit of Warrick Bramble. While the intitial landing and meeting with the royal family, who had originally sent out the call for help, was a bit more dramatic it was fruitful and allowed the party to come up with a plan to try and draw the attention of the pirates. If nothing else they might learn something. So the day of the festival dawns, and preparations for the evening's concert begin.

Wednesday Jul 18, 2018
Wednesday Jul 18, 2018
The first order of business had been to find a ship to get them to their destination and the obvious choice for 2.4.1 Drinks was the Stormbreaker. While she loaded up with goods, the gang scattered throughout Drandiir to get some last minute supplies before heading out to sea. The voyage started peaceful enough, but as any good adventurer knows, that doesn't mean it will stay that way.

Episode 0.1: The Isle of Dalcerra
Monday Mar 05, 2018
Monday Mar 05, 2018
Hello all! Welcome to another special little episode of Through the Balcony. Back when we started this podcast we made an Episode 0 to help cover the events that took place before we started recording our adventure. It was a quick little summary to help people catch up. The idea occured to us that it might be a good idea to make another summary episode for the Isle of the Dalcerra arc, for a couple of reasons. First, for new listeners who want to hop in on the most current arc right away and maybe catch up later we wanted to give them enough context of past events that the current sessions make sense. The other reason is that we're aware that as we've gone along we've made substantial improvements to our audio equipment and that for some listeners it might be more enjoyable to jump in once we've made the improvements to our set up. So, whether you want to find out what's happened before, or want a refresher, here's a summary of all the events that took place during the events following the Tomb of Eternal Kings!

The battle for Dalcerra is over and all that's left is to dig over the rubble left behind in the passing of the terrible storm that ravaged the once pristine gem of the Dawn Sea. There are still many questions to answer following the end of the conflict and capture of Raina. There is also the question of where to go from here, now that the storm keeping the party here has broken at last.

Episode 10: Assault on the Evenguard Tower
Sunday Feb 18, 2018
Sunday Feb 18, 2018
Having made their way to the Evenguard Tower by the most dramatic means possible, only the defenders of the fortified tower stand between the party and the traitorous Guard Captain at the top. Lots of fighting stands between them and the climactic fight to stop whatever Raina and the Circle of the Forgotten plans to do here. Time (and maybe Thyme) of is the essence.

Sunday Jan 07, 2018
Knowing now that the Circle of the Forgotten have people in more places in the city than the party expected, they proceeded to investigate the wilds beyond Dalcerra, looking for any clues that they could as to the true purpose of the group. They left behind a trail of false information for anyone interested to follow, and made their way to the quarry where it seemed a majority of the rebels from the city had fled to. Once there it became apparent that they would need a plan to try and disrupt whatever activities were taking place here to do anything they could to slow them down.
